Refund policy

Uk returns Policy : Online and in Store.

When purchasing an item please pay special attention to measurements provided or contact us if you would like any more information on the item you are interested in, we are always happy to provide more detail or images.

We are a small business and although we of course accept that returns are part of running an online businesses they can be costly.

If for any reason the item you have received is faulty or you were sent the wrong item, let us know straight away and send it back to us within 14 days of your order being shipped and we will offer you a full refund. We can also offer you an exchange for another colour or credit note to spend at another time if the item is not faulty but you would still like to return it.

  • You will need to return your item unused/ unworn and with the original packaging and labels within 14 days of either purchasing your order from the shop or receiving your order fulfilment email.
  • Your refund will be processed upon receipt. Please ensure your order number and contact details are enclosed.
  • The shipping cost will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty) and we will not be held responsible for missing items during their return. It is advised to return them 'tracked'. 
  • If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
  • Under some circumstances, If agreed by both parties, store credit may be issued. This can sometimes be agreed apon if the item in not faulty but you would still like to return it or if the return is outside of the given time frame due to unforeseen circumstances (Any faulty items will be offered a full refund. ) This is done at the business owners discretion and is not exchangeable for cash. Credit notes are valid for 1 year from issue date. By Accepting a credit note you are agreeing to these terms and condition. Please send all returns toOaken

International and European returns.

Please note all international & european orders are considered final sale once shipped and are not eligible for a refund or exchange this is due to taxes and customs duties that may arise when shipping the items back to us.
